The level 80 boosts don't give you access to all the weapons available. I used my level 80 boost on a second warrior and to my disappointment it only gave me axes, a rifle, and a shield. I had wanted a greatsword, mace, and warhorn. You will have to buy the weapons you want from the trading post. Most exotics are cheap except for a few stat
There is no grind to 80 on this game. You can level up so many ways, even just running around all the maps can get you to 80. You should level up normally, not just because it's the best way to get back into the game and reconnect with the storyline but also because Revenant differs vastly from other professions.
They reworked a bunch of traits a few years ago, that's all. Whatever it gives you is what Anet intends for it to be now. Are you trying to replicate the build exactly or just get a Celestial core-Rev build that works?
