All i can do in the main menu is loading my save and continue. If you're using a controller it's "Y" for the Xbox Input and Triangle if you're using a PS5 or PS4 input. Got it, thanks. :) the prompt to change profile should be in the bottom right corner in Main Menu. It took me a while to notice it too.
