To force a restart on your Huawei press and hold the power button (or unlock button) for at least 8 seconds until the huawei-honor-9-lite or Android logo appears on the screen and release the button while it turns on again. Leave the phone to discharge fully, and do not try to turn it on by the next 12hs or so (so it cools down 100%) then plug it in the charger. If it starts rebooting again, force it to turn on by holding the power button until it boots correctly - mine did it like 3 times and then booted up - then leave it charging.
